CAM Bee Repaint

Completely repainted and CAM Bee Monster High doll.

This re-paint was a commission!

Bee's default (factory) face paint was completely removed and carefully and lovingly repainted using high quality artists pastels, acrylic paints and watercolor pencils, as wll as pearl-ex powders for sparkle effects. Her faceup has been sealed many times using a sealant called "Army Painter Anti-Shine Matte Varnish" which I prefer to use over MSC (Mr. Super Clear) because of it's even, slightly toothy texture. It has the same look as MSC and dries clear without the problems that MSC sometimes has (cloudy areas, bubbling and peeling).

Bee now has a more feminine looking face that features striking red lips, bright blue eyes, and lots of sparkle.



I couldn't be happier with this commission! I've always loved the CAM Bee head, and my second go at painting on went off without a hitch!
